Booking<\/b>: It is understood that booking is confirmed only on evidence of payment of the first night<\/b><\/i> , which must be made at least two weeks before the arrival day<\/b><\/i>.<\/section>\n
Arrival day<\/b>: check-in 3 p.m., in order to deliver the apartment, the customer must complete the payment of the total amount of the reservation, otherwise it will not have entering the apartment. As a security measure, the Building requires that, at the registration time, guests have to buy a bracelet (value 4 thousand COP each one).<\/section>\n
Departure day<\/b>: check-out 11:30 a.m..<\/section>\n
Cancellation policy<\/b>: In case you want to cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 5 days in advance in order to refund your deposit, which shall be reduced at least by 10% of the total as nonrefundable operating expenses. Without such notification, the deposit will not be refunded.<\/section>\n
Rules<\/b>: We do not accept visits to the apartments or people who are not registered in the building’s Guestbook. Before booking please look at the standards of living<\/a> related to our apartments rental<\/strong><\/i><\/a>. The Administrator and the apartments Owners are not responsible for theft, accidents or damage caused inside the apartment.<\/section>\n
